Welcome to the new Bow River Troutfitters website. Our new shop is located in the heart of downtown Calgary just a few blocks from the famous Bow River. We are Calgary's premier fly shop and outfitter and would like to introduce our services to you.

We are a full service fly shop, carrying only the finest in fly fishing equipment and tying materials. We are proud to carry Winston, and Temple Fork fly rods, as well as Abel, Galvan and Scientific Angler reels. In wading equipment we carry a full line of Simms fishing products and are the original Patagonia fly fishing dealer in Calgary. We are also very proud of our fly tying department, which is the largest and most diverse in the Calgary Down Town area.

We are the leaders in Fly Fishing schools catering to both the Corporate Market and the Individual recreational fisher. We have a unique offering in our Corporate Lunch and Learns to the Corporate offices by utilizing their boardrooms and teaching the classes over the lunch hour followed by a afternoon of casting lesson.
